Accounting Officer (MNC, HKD20k-23k)

About the company:

Our client is an international law firm with business over the globe. They are hiring a Accounting Officer who is responsible for Accounts Payable function for its Hong Kong office.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for Accounts Payable function
• Review, verify and process vendor invoices, staff claim reimbursements, regional marketing expenditures etc.
• Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliation and assist in month-end closing
• Back up Accounts Receivable function
• Ad hoc tasks required by senior management

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
• A minimum of 1 year Accounting work experiences
• Able to work independently and detail-minded
• Good command in English and Cantonese

Job offer:

• 9:30am-5:45pm stable working hours
• 12 months salary + Discretionary bonus
• 25 days Annual Leave and good benefits
