Our client is a German Eletronic company with over 100 years history in the industry. They are now looking for an Admin Assistant to support the Finance team. You will be repoting to Regional Finance Director & CEO China

Responsibilities:

  • Assit in handling sales invoices, bank payment
  • Manage SAP system and keep correct data
  • Reply customer emails
  • Any ad hoc administrtive work

Requirements

  • Strong IT knowledge
  • Responsible, friendly, stable
  • Preferbly with concept about the flow of 'sales order -> sales invoices -> order delivery'
