For me, recruitment is about building trust and long-term relationships, not just filling vacancies. Roles I Recruit For

I recruit junior to middle level finance and accounting professionals across the commercial sector, supporting businesses at different stages of growth. I work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs beyond the job description, including team dynamics and longer-term objectives. At the same time, I support candidates throughout every step of the hiring process, ensuring they feel informed, prepared, and confident when making decisions about their careers.

Outside of Ambition

I'm a dog lover and enjoy spending time with my pets. I also love cooking for family and friends, which is how I relax and enjoy quality team with the people I care about.
