Associate Director, Contracting & Business Support
I first joined a recruitment company as a temporary 3 weeks’ data entry clerk. At the time I had no idea what recruitment was but I liked the energy and the confidence of the people in the industry, so I decided to join the administrative team.
Later on, I decided I needed a bit more of a challenge in my career so I put my hand up and asked if I could become a consultant. To my surprise and delight, I got a very positive response. Subsequently, I got my start with the contracting business in finance and accounting where I have since stayed with for the past 7 years.
I absolutely relish the speed and excitement of the contracting business!
Roles I Recruit For
I specialise in contracting within finance and accounting for both the commercial and banking industry. These positions range all the way from temporary accounts clerk to interim CFO.
Outside of Ambition
I love swimming and hiking! I go hiking very early every Saturday morning at Mount Parker. I feel great being surrounded by trees and greenery, it gives me a peaceful mind and quality time. I also enjoy swimming. I previously trained for 8 years as a breaststroke athlete for local competitions (not Olympics unfortunately!).
Rachael always provides candidates with excellent quality for my urgent job needs, I really appreciate her speed and commitment. I will definitely recommend Rachael to my colleagues and partners.Client Testimonial
