Matthew Hill - Managing Director, Hong Kong
Matthew was transferred to Hong Kong in June 2010 from the London office of Ambition. He oversees the business and operations of its highly successful Hong Kong office and continues to build its first class reputation within the Banking & Financial Services, Accounting & Finance and Sales and Marketing recruitment divisions. He also manages and supports the development of the highly talented team in Hong Kong whilst supporting the group with its strategic growth plans and objectives for the region. In addition to his general management responsibilities, he also handles senior finance recruitment assignments.
Matthew has over 12 years of experience in the recruitment industry and started his recruitment career in the UK with Witan Jardine which was acquired by Ambition in 2007.
Guy Day - Managing Director, Asia & UK
Guy Day, Managing Director, Asia & UK, has responsibility for leading and expanding the Asia and UK recruitment businesses. He has been with Ambition Group since it was established in Asia in 2001 and has worked in executive recruitment since 1995. He is charged with long-term business growth and developing strategic direction for the Asia and UK operations. Within these markets, Ambition has grown to be a significant and reputable player in banking & financial services, accounting & finance and sales & marketing recruitment.
