Matthew Hill - Managing Director, Hong Kong
Matthew was transferred to Hong Kong in June 2010 from our London office. He oversees the business and operations in the Hong Kong office and continues to build its first class reputation within the Banking & Financial Services, Finance & Accounting and Sales & Marketing recruitment divisions. In addition to his general management responsibilities, he also handles senior finance recruitment assignments.
Matthew started his recruitment career in the UK in 1998 with Witan Jardine which was acquired by Ambition in January 2008.
Guy Day - Chief Executive
Guy Day, Chief Executive, has responsibility for leading Ambition's business globally. He has been with Ambition since it was established in Asia in January 2001 and has worked in executive recruitment since 1995. Based in Singapore, he is charged with long-term business growth and providing direction to the Asia, UK and Australian operations.
